To hydrate: simply spray toner onto the skin a few times a day, as needed. To cleanse: apply toner over entire cleansed skin surface with a cotton pad to remove excess residue. Use twice a day after cleansing or anytime your skin needs to be refreshed. Follow with your ilike serum and moisturizer.
