Courtney guides participants ina systematic guided meditation (yoga nidra) to prepare body and mind for reiki healing energy sent throughout by Kerry. Once compete they then move into what is called a reiki healing attuenent to live through deeper blocks and stuck energies to move you into your best energetic alignment
