Sacred Sedona: A Women's Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Journey into the Sacred land of Sedona, Arizona, where magnified frequencies of energy, known as vortexes, can help create a sense of calm in one's mind, and help to open up the centers of energy within oneself.  During this four day, three night retreat, participants will unwind and reconnect with a daily morning active yoga and meditation practice, evening systematic relaxation (yoga nidra), a guided hike to bathe in the vibrations of some of the land's vortexes, sprinkled with sound healing, Reiki healing, journaling, and deep introspection.
