About The Event
Sacred Reset is a deeply restorative 1 hour 45 minute – 2 hour experience designed to gently guide the body and mind back into balance by calming and regulating the nervous system.
This immersive session begins with gentle flow yoga, allowing the body to release tension and reconnect with breath and movement. As the practice unfolds, guided breathwork helps shift the body out of stress response and into a state of calm and presence.
Participants will then be supported with Reiki energy healing, encouraging the release of energetic blocks and restoring natural flow throughout the body. The experience concludes with a deeply relaxing sound bath, where soothing vibrations help integrate the work of the session and bring the nervous system into a state of rest and reset.
