REIKI SOUND BATH

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that focuses on total well being. Mind body and soul. In our Reiki Sound bath, students are guided into a systematic meditation to prepare bodies for Reiki energetic healing. We then move student to student to facilitate individual reiki healing attunements. To complete the class,we seal the beautiful healing energies, with a sound bath. The sound waves formed by singing bowls enhance vitality and overall healing in the areas of the student where it is most needed. Sound baths are found to influence considerable physical wellness and have a significant impact on emotional and spiritual levels as well.
Blending the energies of these two profound modalities has helped many overcome stress,anxiety,fears,physical pain,chronic illness and more. We are grateful to be a part of the Dana Point community and being out Reiki Sound Bath to you.
