Laguna Beach Yoga Works Reiki Circle & Meditation

In this circle, Courtney will guide students through a systematic relaxation meditation to help settle energy and regulate parasympathetic activity. Kerry and Courtney will then facilitate a Reiki healing attunement, a temporary energetic attunement to help reduce stress, increase energy, and enable emotional clarity and spiritual growth. The class will be accompanied by sound healing and aromatherapy to help facilitate deeper results.
